There's gonna be lots of people in this thread telling you that on their paragon 500 class/build whatever they're "averaging 30 second T13 rifts, so definitely try out build X". It's not your gear or build or whatever, it's just the highest difficulty but it's simply not efficient at all in terms of anything.
