

Your feelings and thoughts are valid in whatever size you are, smaller or bigger. This is my body and the problems I experienced with it. I am aware that I am a white girl with a normal body size, these “rolls” that I mention are not by any mean implying that I’m overweight or that this is the proper amount of rolls you should have.

Some tips I tell myself to stop caring about my outfits 💡Nobody really cares what you are wearing 💡I ask myself: am I wearing this to make myself comfortable or because I would feel judge? 💡Rolls are not a big deal, yes I have some body fat, and what? 💡You don’t have to be a certain shape or size to rock whatever outfit you want to 💡If you don’t like what you see in the mirror DONT LOOK! It’s much more important what you feel than what you see 💡Talk about it with a friend: it would surprise you how many friends that you consider “goals” or “perfect” are going through the same thing. Really wear whatever makes you comfortable and keep on going with your life. Nobody dictates when I can wear a teeny tiny set or oversized clothes, there is no rule that says if something rolls out you can not wear tight clothes anymore. And while pump covers/oversized clothing are a great way to keep on moving with your day if you have a bad body image day, I learned how to wear whatever I want whenever I want. Some special days were I felt specially lean I would take my T-shirt off. Until recently I always made sure i had a pump cover and never showed to much skin. I usually do 4 sets (8-10 reps) for the 2 first compound exercises and 3 sets (10-12 reps) for the other complementary exercises.
