System Shock isn't the first game the studio's remade. Deus Ex and System Shock producer Warren Spector joined the studio to lead development on System Shock 3. It looks similar to what you can see in System Shock Remastered's demo. The developer confirmed the news in 2015 and released short snippets of gameplay footage earlier this year. Night Dive Studios is also working on System Shock 3.
Additionally, the demo has controller support, though you'll need a mouse to make your way through its options. It's weird to see System Shock look this good-it definitely has promise.
The System Shock Remastered demo takes up less than 500 MB of space and offers about 10 minutes of gameplay that delivers a fair amount of nostalgia.
